  • Payment was made in error or duplicated
  • Cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once work has started or been partially completed

  • For digital services such as SEO or SMM where results depend on time and external factors
  • For customized solutions or consultations

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project begins for a possible refund
  • Once the project or service has started, cancellation will not guarantee a refund
  • In some cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize customer satisfaction. Instead of refunds, we offer revisions and adjustments within the agreed scope to ensure the final outcome meets your expectations.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
